08 Aug Loewe Basket Bag & Kate Spade Sandals

Gooood Afternooooon!! How are you all doing? I have been so busy lately since I came back from babymoon in Hawaii, and on the same day, we had to move in to our new home! I cannot wait to fill you in with my babymoon trip and situation of our very first home that we own!! I will definitely do that in separate posts 🙂

For this post, I want to share two of my new-in items which are very perfect for the beach day. You probably have seen my Loewe basket bag in “Summer Mini Road Trip Itinerary” post (check here.) This is my absolute favorite summer bag now since it is big enough to fit my beach towels, sunscreen and other beach day essentials. I loved it so much that I even brought this to my Hawaii trip 😉 It is made by palm leaf, and bags that are made with natural materials such as straw and raffia are very big trend on 2021. This bag was pretty rigid but made with palm leaf, so I was scared to pack it on my checked bag for it to break or lose its shape. To avoid that, I stuff my clothing fully and covered the outside with dust bag. After unpacking the bag, it turned out to be totally fine, so I am happy with that. The leather part of this Loewe basket bag comes in also navy and white. Both colors are neutral enough that no matter what color you choose, it will be easy to match with any wardrobe you own.  My Kate Spade sandals are made with patent leather and easy to walk on the beach. Also, I don’t need to worry about ruining my shoes with wet feet. To add more good thing, these sandals are so thin that I can pack them up very compactly to wherever I go. These sandals came with me to all beach days in Hawaii for those reasons. However, only thing to complain is that it was pretty narrow for my wide feet. It didn’t hurt me or anything but sliding my feet in them were bit difficult.  I hope my review of my new-in items helps if you are thinking about making purchases 😉
